Here goes, my first blog ha!
I’m going to be blogging on a monthly basis with the aim to provide local businesses and candidates in Wagga Wagga, current and relevant information on labour market conditions, recruitment strategies, interview techniques, social media recruitment, recruitment advertising and any other topic that we feel you should be made aware of.
After this quick intro, I wont bore you with loads of information on myself, our business or how many roles we are filling, who REALLY cares anyway?? The idea is to provide you with relevant information that will actually benefit you, your business or your job search.
For those who don’t know me, I have had around five years’ experience working within the Recruitment and Employment Services industry here in Wagga Wagga and throughout this time have developed a large network within the community and truly love getting to know local businesses, their owners/staff and hearing their stories and strategies etc.
Wagga Recruitment was launched on the 1st of July 2015 due to a need for a LOCAL agency that can react quickly to changing client and candidate demands, whilst providing superior levels of service.
It sounds cliché however I genuinely love what I do. I am passionate about the Industry and am constantly seeking out new and fresh approaches to recruitment and am keen to bring this knowledge and expertise to Wagga businesses.
